I'm a furniture and spatial designer living in New York City, originally from Mumbai, India. While many struggle to find a suitable career path, my passion has always been for the world of design and creativity. My background, along with my professional experience pushes me to perceive spaces to see how people connect with them. My concept-driven and detail-oriented approach to design helps create inclusive spaces that keep human experience in mind.
During the years I've worked in the real world, I've experienced a little bit of everything involved in interior design - conceptualization, project management, site supervision, product & furniture sales, model-making - to name a few. I've gotten my hands dirty, even polished furniture pieces on site to get the project ready for handover. It's all part of the business and I love every bit of it! I consider myself quite like the spaces I design - detailed, layered, people-centric, occasionally bold and always practical.
